Freshman Point Guard Nouly Thaodara comes to us from Mclane High School in Fresno, California. Nouly played varsity all four years of high school and was a point guard her junior and senior year. She received the Best Offensive Player Award her sophomore year and Athlete of the Year Award her senior year for Women's Basketball.  She also received the Merrit Academic Award for obtaining a 3.5 GPA all four years of high school.

Nouly states she enjoyed living in Fresno with her father and three younger siblings who were very supportive of her basketball career as they attended most of her home games.  Nouly also states that inspite of her many ankle injuries, she would keep playing.  She enjoys the sport and loves playing with her teammates.

Off the court, Nouly, is majoring in Criminology and is aspiring to become a police officer.  She is also currently playing on the Women's Volleyball team.

Please join us in welcoming Nouly to Imperial Valley College and we look forward to seeing her on the basketball court this 2016-2017 season.
